Meet Our Staff

Jeanne Meyer
I am excited to share my passion, commitment and experience in supporting the work we do for children and young people in our community. As a leader and team member of this great organization,
I cannot wait to see what the future holds. We are embarking on new and exciting initiatives in support of our “Bigs” and “Littles” and in setting a course to advance our mission, vision and values; making our community a better place to live, work, and thrive in.

Margarita Licon
I aim to provide the tools and resources gathered for our youth to ignite their passions and dreams!
I began working with BBBS7RR in February 2022. I’ve been involved with big brothers and big sisters throughout my life - I started as a youth in the program and became a Big. Now, as a staff member, I’m able to share the impact and influence it had on my life and those around me.

Aaron Zitelman
I am very excited to be a part of the work expanding our program offerings and extending our reach and positive impact on the communities we serve!
I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2021 and began with BBBS7RR in the summer of 2021 and have been working to improve the quality and quantity of our programs since then!

Shannon Leary
I recently graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Public Health and Community Health Education major.
As a program specialist I will be conducting the interviews for the Bigs and Littles, finding the perfect match for the Bigs and Littles, and checking in to make sure the matches are going well.
I look forward to working with you and you becoming a part of this program!

Alivia Smith
I've recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a major in Psychology. I'm really excited to be starting with Big Brothers Big Sisters as one of their Program Specialists!
As a Program Specialist, I'll be meeting with the volunteers, guardians, and kids in the community in order to make the best matches and then I'll stay with those matches throughout the relationship. I'm looking forward to meeting with you all!

Maiya Nate
I am an Intern with BBBS 7 Rivers Region. As a senior at UW-La Crosse, I'm majoring in psychology!
After I graduate, I plan to go to graduate school for School Psychology to work with students in a school system. I am so excited to help Big Brothers Big Sisters with interviewing and planning our fun events!
